Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern who wants to gain practical exposure to modern HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management.
The intern will work closely with the HR team and get hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interviews to onboarding, employee coordination, documentation, and engagement activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, stays organized,



and wants to understand how HR functions within a fast-moving media and creator-focused organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in preparing and sharing interview assignments, offer letters, and joining communications.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
Coordinate collection and verification of employee documents.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with joining formalities, inductio
