NOVUSCOM is looking for a Lead Analyst/Senior Managerial position to work directly with the founders on building new products and business frameworks across sustainability, capital markets and strategic business solutions.

Preferred Background
Bachelor's in Commerce, Finance, Management or Economics
CA Inter / CFA (Pursuing) / Company Secretary preferred
3–5 years' experience in financial analysis, corporate governance, audit, ratings, research, etc.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
