About the Role
We are looking for an experienced FirstCry Key Account Manager to manage and grow our business on the FirstCry marketplace. The candidate will be responsible for account management, sales growth, marketplace operations, product visibility, promotions, inventory planning, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete FirstCry marketplace account, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales and GMV targets.
Manage product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, content, images, attributes, and product visibility.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, and discoverability.
Plan and execute FirstCry promotions, deals, offers, and campaign participation.
Coordinate with FirstCry's category/account management team for business growth, campaigns, new launches, and operational issues.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment,



and out-of-stock situations to minimize lost sales.
Track and analyze key marketplace metrics including GMV, orders, conversion rate, ASP, returns, cancellations, and sell-through.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Conduct competitor analysis covering pricing, assortment, promotions, ratings, reviews, and product positioning.
Identify high-performing and underperforming SKUs and create action plans accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, finance, marketing, catalogue, and supply chain to resolve marketplace-related issues.
Ensure timely resolution of orders, returns, cancellations, catalogue issues, pricing issues, and account escalations.
Support recent product launches on FirstCry and ensure all catalogue and inventory requirements are completed on time.
