Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned goals.

Lead Generation
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s products or services.

Client Engagement & Demonstration
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s offerings.
Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements, with support from the reporting manager.
Fix appointments and coordinate demos for prospective clients.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Provide ongoing support, addressing client concerns or issues promptly.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
