Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Rivaah Resort in Habibpur. This role oversees the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating staffing needs with department leaders, managing HR policies and procedures, handling grievance and conflict resolution, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and resort standards.



The Human Resources Manager will also design and implement training and development initiatives, support workforce planning, and promote an inclusive, respectful workplace culture. The role requires close collaboration with management to align HR strategies with operational and guest-service goals.
Qualifications

Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for hospitality or service-oriented environments.
Experience with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution, with a focus on fair and transparent practices.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations, including maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
