Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based at Srivilliputtur RF. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monitoring of accounts payable and receivable.



The Assistant Manager Finance will support financial planning and analysis, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and prepare periodic financial and management reports in line with organizational standards. The role includes ensuring adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and auditors as needed. The individual will contribute to process improvements, help optimize resource utilization, and support accurate and timely closing of monthly and annual accounts.
Qualifications

Robust foundation in finance and accounting principles, with experience in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work with financial software and ERP systems, including strong MS Excel skills for reports and dashboards.
