Role Description The Accountant Cum HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, tax and compliance support, and preparation of financial reports. On the HR side, responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records,



handling onboarding and exit formalities, overseeing payroll inputs, supporting performance management, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor regulations. The role also involves coordinating with management on budgeting, cost control, workforce planning, and contributing to a positive, professional workplace culture.
Qualifications
Solid accounting skills, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
HR management skills covering recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, payroll coordination, and knowledge of basic labor laws.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel), with the ability to work with spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
