Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Set up, QA, and launch A/B, multivariate, and split tests using enterprise CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, Web Trend Optimizer, etc.).
Perform web analytics audits, user behavior analysis, and heatmapping to identify drop-off points and conversion bottlenecks.
Collaborate with design and development teams to build experiment variations. This position involves direct interaction with clients, necessitating exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Tag Management & Data Infrastructure

Implement, maintain, and audit tracking tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM) for web and mobile web environments.
Configure custom event tracking, data layer structures, and analytics setups (GA4).
Troubleshoot tag deployment, data layer issues, and integration discrepancies across third-party martech platforms.

Client & Campaign Execution

Support end-to-end execution for ongoing enterprise accounts (including non-profit, retail, and real estate sectors).




Deliver performance reports and experimentation insights to internal stakeholders and client teams.

Key Qualifications & Technical Skills

3–4 years of hands-on experience using CRO platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar engines.
Proven experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup, Data Layer design, and GA4 integration.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for tag debugging and A/B test variation code setup.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and heatmapping tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, MS Clarity).
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously. Success in this role hinges on resources' ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and build robust relationships with stakeholders.
