About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of packaging machinery and automation equipment at customer sites.
The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, customer-handling abilities, and willingness to travel extensively across India to ensure reliable machine performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and service packaging machinery and automation equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Provide technical support and operational guidance to customers.
Prepare service reports, service call logs, and spare-parts usage records.




Coordinate with internal service teams and head office for escalation and issue resolution.
Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and spare-parts management.
Assist with machine trials, demonstrations, pre-sales technical discussions, and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery servicing.
Experience in packaging machinery, industrial automation, end-of-line packaging systems, or capital equipment will be preferred.

Required Technical & Soft Skills
Working knowledge of PLC systems, electrical panels, sensors, drives, and pneumatic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to work independen
