We're hiring for an undisclosed private client: a Series B consumer health company, founded 2015, 101–500 people, building at-home hormone diagnostics that people use to understand their own fertility.
This is a product role where the hard part is not shipping. It's making a number that a clinician understands mean something to a person reading it on their phone at 6am.
What you'll own
The Hormone Insights and Personalisation area, end to end:
The roadmap for it, from discovery through launch and iteration
Translating clinical logic into features an ordinary person can act on
Personalised insight that is genuinely useful rather than generically encouraging
Defining what you'll measure before a launch, not after
A/B tests to validate what you believe
Reading usage data and acting on what it says
What the client is looking for
5–8 years in product management, in health-tech, wellness,
or science-backed products
Strong consumer product experience, with a track record of solving real user problems
The ability to take complex scientific or clinical logic and make it explicit and actionable
A degree from a top-tier institution (the client has set this as a firm requirement)
How they hire
HR screening → product and technical round → a product assignment → hiring manager round → final discussion.
How to apply
Through the form below. It takes about six minutes and asks you to describe real work rather than upload a deck. Everything you write goes to a human.
