Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Lead large-scale migration projects and complex deployments, acting as the technical authority during critical cutover windows.
Technical Oversight (MW): Provide "on-call" support during night-time maintenance windows; review and approve MOPs for high-risk activities.
RCA & Optimization: Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex outages and implement preventative measures.
Automation & Mentorship: Develop Python/Ansible scripts to automate deployment tasks and mentor L2 engineers on advanced routing and troubleshooting techniques.

Required Skills

6–10 years of experience in large-scale service provider environments.
Expert-level knowledge of MPLS-TE, Segment Routing, and high-availability design.




Solid project management mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams during critical night-time deployments.
