Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for business-critical applications.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust, maintainable software solutions.




Design and implement scalable database solutions using relational and NoSQL databases.
Write clean, productive, reusable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Ensure applications follow appropriate security, data protection, and coding standards, particularly in a fintech environment.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
