Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing Beauty Advisors (BAs), expanding business across BA and Non-BA channels, and ensuring effective market execution within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through BA and Non-BA channels.




Manage and drive performance of Beauty Advisors and ensure outlet-wise productivity.
Support BA onboarding, training, engagement, and performance improvement.
Manage assigned stores and ensure sales growth, product availability, and brand visibility.
Develop and manage distributor and channel partner relationships.
Monitor primary and secondary sales, inventory, and market performance.
Identify new business opportunities, stores, and partnerships to expand market reach.
Execute promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and new product launches.
Lead and train the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and regular performance reports.

Key Requirements

Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
5–8 years of experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or a related industry.
Experience in BA team handling, outlet management, and channel sales.
