Assistant Manager – Controlling

Reports To: Deputy General Manager- Controlling Lubrication India

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Location: Bengaluru

Purpose of the role

A Finance Controlling role responsible for leading Controlling and Reporting activities to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for LLS India. This position serves as a bridge between finance and operations, ensuring that cost optimization initiatives are aligned with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Profile of the job holder/key requirements

CA / CA- Inter / ICWA / CMA with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience.
Hands-on experience in Financial Planning and Global reporting
Strong working experience on MS Office and good understanding of SAP ERP - FICO, Sound knowledge in Power BI .
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Strong collaboration with stakeholders across Cross Functional T
