Role Summary:
The Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) – AD Solutions Architect - Applications is responsible for leading the functional design, solution architecture, and delivery of Oracle Sales Cloud implementations, enhancements and support at Clean Harbors. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure scalable, integrated, and business-aligned solutions that support revenue growth and customer engagement.

Solution Architecture
Design and architect comprehensive Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) solutions leveraging Oracle-delivered best practices and latest features.
Define end-to-end functional solutions covering Oracle Sales CX (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Forecasting), Oracle CX Service (Cases, Knowledge, Omnichannel) and Sales Analytics




Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Cloud ERP using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Functional Leadership
Lead functional design workshops (CRPs), requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and configuration approaches.
Own functional solution design decisions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with Sales leadership, business users, and IT stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor on Oracle Sales Cloud capabilities and roadmap.
Partner with Finance and SCM teams to ensure quote-to-cash process integrity.
Delivery & Governance
Support Oracle Unified Method (OUM) based delivery across design, testing, and deployment phases.
Review and approve functional design documents and test scenarios.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with Oracle Sales Cloud quarterly releases.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve adoption.
