Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Healthcare Conversational AI & Bot Development

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with 6–7 years of experience in Agile delivery, with strong exposure to chatbot, voicebot, conversational AI,



and contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience delivering enterprise conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Amazon Connect, Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow / Dialogflow CX, or Amazon Lex, while coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of chatbot, voicebot, and conversational AI projects from requirements/discovery through development, testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
Lead Agile delivery across multiple technical workstreams and distributed teams.
Facilitate SAFe/Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, Scrum of Scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt, and release planning.
Coordinate conversational AI development involving NLP/NLU, intents, entities, conversation flows, prompts, fallback/error handling, escalation,
