Role Description The Freight Broker (Freshers Only) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The individual in this role will support freight brokerage operations by coordinating between shippers and carriers, assisting with rate negotiations, and ensuring accurate booking of loads. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing dispatch activities, maintaining up-to-date load information, and providing clear communication to all parties involved. The Freight Broker will also handle basic account management tasks, document shipments,



and deliver responsive customer service to address inquiries and resolve minor issues under guidance from senior team members.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and apply Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills to connect shippers with carriers and support load bookings.
Customer Service capabilities to manage inquiries, provide updates, and maintain professional communication with clients and partners.
Dispatching skills to coordinate loads, track shipments, and ensure timely movement of freight.
Account Management abilities to maintain records, support client relationships, and assist with basic documentation and follow-ups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and online logistics tools.
