Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct client outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, startups,



and educational institutions. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, proposing suitable services and solutions, preparing quotations and proposals, and following up to close sales and achieve targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, participating in local events or workshops to promote the brand, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
Proven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in B2B or service-oriented environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with skill in building long-term client relationships.
Basic knowledge or interest in wellbeing, coaching, training, or HR solutions, and ability to explain such concepts clearly to clients.
