- Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensorsn
- Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIsn
- Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designern
- Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvementsn
- Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performancen
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutionsn
