Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, execution-focused qualified who can build and nurture our community while driving brand collaborations, influencer marketing, PR initiatives, paid marketing campaigns, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build, engage, and grow Balance Nutrition's online community across social media platforms.
Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with influencers, creators, healthcare professionals, media partners, and strategic brand partners.
Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.




Plan and execute engaging campaigns that strengthen community participation and brand awareness.
Manage community engagement across social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and ROI.
Manage campaign CTAs, customer journeys, and marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversions.
Drive user-generated content (UGC), customer success stories, testimonials, webinars, podcasts, live sessions, and community-led initiatives.
Collect customer feedback, conduct polls, analyze engagement metrics, and generate actionable insights.
Work closely with the Brand, Content, Sales, and Performance Marketing teams to align campaigns with
