Role Description The Production Engineer – Machine Shop (CNC-VMC) will oversee day-to-day production activities in the machine shop,



focusing on CNC and VMC operations to ensure efficient, high-quality output. This full time, on-site role based in Khandala involves planning and scheduling machining jobs, optimizing workflows, and monitoring machine performance and tool utilization. The role includes developing and implementing production processes, troubleshooting machining issues, coordinating with design, quality, and maintenance teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Production Engineer will also analyze production data, recommend improvements, support new product trials, and train operators and technicians on best practices and standard operating procedures.
