Voltriq is looking for an IT Field Support Engineer to join its growing Pan-India IT Service & Support Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware, along with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and replacement of IT systems and components. The role also involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing on-site technical support and customer service, attending service visits, maintaining proper service documentation, and ensuring timely closure of service calls. Candidates should have an ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent qualification, with prior experience in IT Field Support, Desktop Support, or Hardware Support preferred. Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting, strong communication and customer-handling skills, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel for field service are essential. The position is available in West Bengal, Ambala, Jaipur, Chennai, and Bangalore, with a salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
