Job Description – Product Manager
Experience : 8 to 20 Years
Mandatory : Current experience in Life Insurance and Product Based company only
Location: Chennai & Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:




Define and execute the product roadmap for Life Insurance products and digital solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Sales, and IT, to deliver high-impact product enhancements.
Gather and analyze business and functional requirements and prepare detailed BRDs and FRDs.
Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems for improved efficiency.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to drive innovation in life insurance offerings.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through implementation and post-launch improvements.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and other applicable industry standards.
Monitor key product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 6+ years of experience in the Life Insuranc
