Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support / Virtual Assistant with experience in the Facility Management industry and hands-on exposure to order processing and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience working with international clients, managing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, processing orders, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Coordination
Handle customer queries through email, calls,



and other communication channels.
Coordinate with international clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain skilled and timely communication with customers.
Follow up on pending requests, complaints, and service requirements.
Order Processing & Operations
Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, documentation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations, vendors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requests.
Monitor order/service status and provide regular updates to clients.
Maintain accurate records of orders, customer information, and operational activities.

Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management and internal teams.
Manage emails, schedules, documentation, reports, and data entry.
