Lakshya Venture is hiring for the role of Human Resource Intern

Responsibilities of the Intern:
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues.
Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics.
Assist with the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain employee records and files.




Prepare and present HR-related reports and presentations.
Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal compliance.

Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Duration: 93 days + 6 days training
Location: Work from home
Working Days: 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday
Working hours: 3 adaptable working hours ( In between 9 AM to 9 PM )
Stipend: UNPAID
Benefits: Certificate of Completion, Letter of Appreciation, and a Progress Report.
