The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the management and analysis of business information that supports commercial decision-making across the Asia Pacific region. Operating within a Global Business Services (GBS) delivery model, the role combines hands-on data management with the development of insightful dashboards and reporting, while serving as a trusted coordination point for internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who consistently delivers high-quality,



reliable outcomes within established processes and governance frameworks. The scope of the role may evolve over time in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Information Management & Analytics

Collect, consolidate, and validate business information from approved sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
Resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and information gaps in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to generate meaningful business insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical views to support decision-making.
Enhance recurring reports for quality, usability, and effectiveness, and support reporting automation and process simplification.
