Role Description The MICE Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The person in this role will coordinate and execute MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events, including itinerary planning, vendor management, venue sourcing, and logistics for corporate groups across Asia.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client requirements, preparing proposals and costings, tracking budgets, and ensuring smooth communication among internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The MICE Executive will oversee on-ground event operations, support destination management activities under MICE WISE DMC, and ensure high service standards and timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining documentation, post-event reporting, and contributing ideas for improving processes and enhancing client experience.
Qualifications
Experience in MICE operations, corporate event management, and destination management, with the ability to handle end-to-end event logistics.
Strong client servicing and communication skills, including the ability to understand client needs, present proposals, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency in vendor coordination, negotiation, and relationship management
