That’s where you come in.

The Role
We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founder across product, strategy, business, operations, and execution.
This isn’t a role with a perfectly defined playbook.
You’ll help figure out what needs to happen, why it matters, and how to get it done.
You might spend one day researching a market, the next shaping a product feature, speaking with a potential customer, building an internal process, working on GTM, or solving a problem nobody has a predefined answer for.

What you'll do

Product
* Brainstorm and challenge product ideas.
* Research users, markets, competitors, and opportunities.
* Help turn ideas into clear product requirements and priorities.
* Think through customer problems and how Canvas Layer can solve them.

Strategy & Business




* Research current markets and customer segments.
* Work on positioning, GTM, partnerships, and business opportunities.
* Support customer discovery and business development.
* Identify opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.

Operations
* Build and improve internal processes.
* Coordinate projects, people, vendors, and partners.
* Create systems, documentation, and workflows.
* Identify bottlenecks and figure out how to remove them.

Execution
* Take ownership of projects from idea to completion.
* Turn unstructured problems into structured action plans.
* Follow through without needing constant supervision.
* Work closely with the founder and other team members to keep things moving.
