Role Description The Physics Faculty Member will design and deliver high-quality physics instruction to students from various curricula (such as IB, IGCSE, A Level, CBSE, ICSE, and international boards), ensuring conceptual clarity and strong problem-solving skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching in classroom and small-group formats, preparing learners for school assessments and competitive exams, creating and evaluating assignments and tests, and providing individualized academic mentoring. The faculty member will collaborate with other educators to align teaching strategies, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in faculty meetings and training sessions. The role also involves tracking student progress, maintaining accurate academic records, communicating regularly with learners and families, and supporting students in building long-term academic confidence and performance.
