About the Role
We are looking for an Inbound Lead Generation Specialist who can build and grow our inbound pipeline from the ground up. This role goes beyond qualifying leads. You will be responsible for creating demand, driving inbound interest, capturing high-intent prospects, and converting them into qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify the right audiences, create lead-generation initiatives, optimize conversion points, and turn website traffic, content, campaigns, events, and other channels into pipeline.

What You'll Do




Own and grow Echo Money's inbound lead generation pipeline.
Develop campaigns and initiatives that attract relevant B2B prospects.
Identify high-potential audiences across fintech, payments, SaaS, marketplaces, Web3, and global businesses.
Work with Marketing to create lead magnets, landing pages, content, campaigns, and conversion journeys that generate qualified leads.
Optimize website and landing page CTAs, forms, and conversion flows.
Monitor inbound channels and identify opportunities to increase lead volume and quality.
Qualify inbound leads based on business needs, payment flows, transaction volumes, geography, and use case.
Follow up with high-intent prospects and convert them into qualified meetings.
Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth handoff and solid lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Use CRM and marketing data to understand what channels and campaigns are driving revenue
