Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is energetic, creative, proactive, and excited about on-ground marketing, brand activations, events, partnerships, and consumer engagement.
The intern will work closely with the Marketing and Business teams to plan and execute on-ground activations, college/community events, brand experiences, sampling activities, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives to increase FOY's visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, interacting with people, executing events, and bringing creative marketing ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
On-Ground Marketing & Activations
Assist in planning and executing on-ground marketing activations across Mumbai.




Coordinate with venues, event partners, vendors, promoters, and other external stakeholders.
Support pop-ups, kiosks, exhibitions, college activations, community events, and beauty-focused experiences.
Coordinate logistics, branding materials, sampling, merchandise, and promotional assets.
Be present at activations and ensure smooth execution on-ground.
Interact with consumers and create awareness about FOY and its products/services.
Collect consumer feedback, leads, and insights during activations.
Track activation performance and prepare post-event reports.
Brand & Consumer Engagement
Come up with creative ideas to increase FOY's visibility and consumer engagement.
Assist in developing interactive experiences around beauty, skincare, makeup, and AI.
Support sampling and product discovery initiatives.
Help execute consumer engagement activities, contests, games, and experiential campaigns.
