Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Varanasi. The Receptionist will greet guests, manage the front desk, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and customers. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing inquiries, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth daily operations. The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as handling mail, organizing documents, and assisting with appointment scheduling to support overall service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to manage calls and front desk interactions professionally.
Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills to handle documentation, records, and basic administrative tasks accurately.




Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and courteously with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, helpful, and respectful experience for all visitors.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a busy hospitality workplace.
Working knowledge of basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets) is beneficial.
Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industries, is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or additional training in hospitality or administration is a plus.
