Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full time,



on-site position based in Raipur, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of BusinessGarh’s startup programs and ecosystem initiatives. The Operations Executive will coordinate events, workshops, and mentorship sessions, manage schedules and resources, and ensure efficient workflow across different teams and partnerships. This role involves tracking operational metrics, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery and participant experience.

The Operations Executive will also handle documentation, communication with stakeholders, and provide on-ground support for co-working spaces, incubation activities, and university engagement programs. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to maintaining a high-quality, responsive, and organized operational environment.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, management
