Head – People & Culture | Ahmedabad
At World Digital Ventures, we're building an integrated commerce ecosystem through WOGOM (Marketplace), WOFI (Financing) and Brandverse (Branding & Distribution) . As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Head – People & Culture who will help build the organization—not just the HR function.

This is not a conventional HR leadership role. You'll work directly with the Founders to shape organizational design, build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, drive employer branding, and create a culture where ownership, speed, and excellence become the norm. Your impact will influence business outcomes as much as people outcomes.

We're looking for someone with 8–12 years of HR experience, including leadership experience in fast-growing startups, marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce, NBFC, consumer businesses, or similar high-growth environments. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making,



and the ability to build scalable people systems are essential.
