Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Associate – Performance Marketing, you'll own the execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of D2C and eCommerce brands. You'll work closely with clients to understand business objectives, translate them into high-performing campaigns, and deliver measurable growth across key performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management and wants to build expertise in scaling performance for rapid-growing digital brands.





What You'll Own

Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across multiple D2C and eCommerce brands.
Manage campaign budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth.
Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes to improve outcomes.
Analyze audience behaviour, creatives, and funnel performance to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with designers, content teams, and Marketing Leads to execute high-impact campaigns.
Ensure campaign hygiene, accurate tracking, and timely execution across all managed accounts.
