Marketing Executive

Velociti Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Manager with 2–5 years of experience to support and execute our digital and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with agencies - digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms
* Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and other key marketing metrics
* Coordinate with sales and presales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
* Manage social media campaigns and coordinate content requirements
* Support SEO, SEM and website marketing initiatives
* Track marketing spends and campaign performance through regular reports
* Conduct basic market and competitor research
* Work with external agencies and vendors wherever required
* Explore and implement new digital marketing opportunities relevant to the real estate industry





What We’re Looking For

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital/performance marketing
* Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Understanding of lead generation and campaign analytics
* Good knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, social media and SEO/SEM
* Robust communication and coordination skills
* Candidates with real estate, construction or property marketing experience will be preferred
* Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks

Important: This is a junior-mid-level individual contributor/execution-focused role. Candidates with significantly higher experience or senior/head-level profiles may not be suitable.
