Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Social Media Manager located in Faridabad. The Social Media Manager will design and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and curating shareable content, optimizing social media channels,



managing accounts to maintain a cohesive brand voice, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other teams for aligned communication strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of social media trends and platforms to foster audience growth and drive results.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
Strong skills in Communication and Writing for engaging audience interactions
Knowledge of Content Strategy for planning, execution, and analysis
Experience with monitoring social media trends and platform updates
Ability to use tools for social media analytics and reporting
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience managing brand-related social media accounts is a plus
