About the Position
The E-commerce Merchandising Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle across assigned collections, from sampling and production to supplier coordination, stock receipt, inventory planning, allocation, replenishment and e-commerce execution.
The role will work closely with Design, Suppliers, Operations, Stores, Marketing, Finance, Studio, Product and E-commerce teams to ensure timely product launches, accurate inventory, optimum stock availability and seamless website execution.
The position will also support procurement and demand planning, business reporting and commercial inventory optimisation by analysing sales, stock cover, ageing, sell-through and SKU performance to drive replenishment, procurement, marketing and liquidation decisions.

Years of Experience Required
2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Buying/Merchandising Operations, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain or a similar role.

Roles & Responsibilities
Product & Production Management: Coordinate sampling,



production requirements, approvals and timelines with Design and suppliers, ensuring timely execution and proactive escalation of delays.
Supplier & Order Management: Manage supplier communication, production orders, pending commitments, dispatches, quality issues and returns while ensuring timely fulfilment of business requirements.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory across ERP, warehouse, stores and e-commerce platforms; identify discrepancies, stock-outs, excess inventory, ageing and high-depth SKUs and drive corrective actions.
Procurement & Demand Planning: Analyse sales, inventory, pending orders, stock cover and future demand to prepare procurement and replenishment requirements for stores and E-commerce while avoiding over-ordering.
Stock Allocation & Replenishment: Plan stock allocation across stores and channels based on demand and business priorities, and coordinate timely replen
