QA Tester & Support Associate

About the Role:
As a QA Tester & Customer Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our SaaS product while supporting customers in their day-to-day operations. You'll combine hands-on manual testing with customer support, issue tracking, product documentation, and close coordination with the tech and product teams to ensure problems are identified, communicated, and resolved effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct manual testing of web and application features to identify bugs, usability issues, and functional gaps.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for new features and product updates.
Identify, document, and track bugs with transparent reproduction steps, screenshots, expected results, and actual results.
Provide first-level customer support through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other support channels and resolve product-related queries.
Understand customer issues, troubleshoot problems,



and coordinate with the technical team for issues requiring further investigation.
Work closely with developers and product teams to validate bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release.
Create and maintain test cases, SOPs, product documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge-base content.
Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues, feature requests, and opportunities to improve the product.
Assist in product demos and onboarding sessions for customers when required.
Maintain proper records of customer issues, bugs, resolutions, and follow-ups.
Liaise between customers, support, product, and technology teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in software testing, QA, technical support, customer support, or a similar role.
