Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Pre Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru.
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, providing project information, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into site visits and potential bookings over the phone.

EXPERIENCE(1-4 YRS)
LOCATION: Bangalore, Cunningham Road
SKILLS: Telecalling, lead generation, customer handling, follow-ups and good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective real estate customers.
Understand customers’ budget, location, property type, and investment requirements.
Explain project details, specifications, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, online inquiries, campaigns, and other sources.
Follow up regularly with prospective custom
