Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *Interior Designer* with expertise in *commercial buildings, corporate offices,* *co-working spaces, and premium workspaces* . The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end interior design and execution for commercial spaces.
* Develop space plans, layouts, 2D/3D designs, and design concepts.
* Plan reception areas, offices, meeting rooms, common areas, and workspaces.
* Coordinate with management, architects, vendors, contractors, and consultants.




* Conduct site visits and monitor execution, quality, timelines, and budget.
* Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for interior design and infrastructure requirements.

Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
* Strong portfolio showcasing commercial building or workspace projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
* Strong project management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
