We are looking for a highly skilled MS .NET Full Stack Lead Developer with 6-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and MongoDB, along with exposure to cloud technologies, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.

As a Full Stack Lead Developer, you will play a key role in building scalable and high-performing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Participate in solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.




Refactor existing applications and implement enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Support application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

6-8 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
Robust experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and RxJS.
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API development.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful services.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
Experience with MongoDB and/or SQL databases.
