Role Description The Direct Sales Team Member – Car Loans role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. In this role, the team member will identify prospective customers, explain car loan products, and guide applicants through the entire loan process from initial enquiry to disbursement. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and approvals,



and ensuring timely follow-up to close leads. The role also involves providing clear information on loan terms, addressing customer queries, supporting customer satisfaction efforts, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, policies, and market trends.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on responsive support, issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.
Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, processes, and compliance.
Prior experience in retail banking or NBFC sales, preferably in vehicle or personal loans, is an advantage.
