Role Description The Social Media Intern role is an on-site internship based in Mumbai. The intern will support the development and execution of social media content across platforms, including drafting posts, captions, and basic copy aligned with ongoing video projects and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include scheduling and posting content, monitoring engagement, responding to comments under guidance, and compiling performance metrics and simple reports. The intern will assist with brainstorming content ideas, researching trends, and collaborating with the production and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual and written storytelling. The role also involves organizing assets (images, clips, graphics), helping maintain content calendars, and contributing to campaigns that highlight the company’s portfolio and inclusive storytelling focus.
Qualifications




Foundational skills in social media content creation and management, including writing engaging captions, basic image/video posting, and familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Solid interest in storytelling, video production, and digital media, with the ability to translate creative concepts into clear and concise social content.
Basic research and analytical skills for understanding audience behavior, tracking simple metrics, and identifying relevant trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate effectively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
