Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Navi Mumbai. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels, aligned with TÜSK’s brand voice and marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, scripting and producing short-form videos and imagery, writing compelling captions,



and coordinating with design, marketing, and product teams for campaigns and launches. The role involves monitoring social media trends, responding to audience interactions, optimizing content based on performance metrics, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The Social Media Content Creator will also support community-building initiatives, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling to strengthen TÜSK’s digital presence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and basic graphic design.
Experience with social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution across major platforms.
Excellent writing skills for captions, scripts, and social storytelling, with attention to grammar and brand tone.
Ability to analyze social media metrics, derive insights, and adapt content to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
