JSW Sports is looking for a Manager to drive the Content and Marketing for JSW Bengaluru FC and BFC Soccer Schools in Bengaluru.

The Role
Lead marketing, brand, fan engagement and community agenda for Bengaluru FC, with a robust focus on growing the BFC Soccer Schools ecosystem.
The role sits at the intersection of brand, fandom, content, digital, grassroots football, partnerships and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing
Build BFC’s positioning as Bengaluru’s football club and one of India’s most community-driven sports brands.
Lead campaigns across the season and off-season.
Develop Bengaluru-first narratives around players, fans, history and culture.
Identify cultural moments and local insights BFC can authentically own.

Fan Community & Engagement
Build deeper fan relationships beyond matchdays.
Grow BFC’s owned ecosystem across CRM, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
Develop fan journeys from followers → participants → members → advocates.
Build recurring fan experiences and properties such as Blue Run, Blue Habba, Gully Tours and Forever Blue.




Grow first-party data, retention and repeat participation.

Content, Digital & Culture
Help build BFC into a leading football content brand.
Develop year-round, digital-first storytelling with the Media team.
Explore opportunities across players, fans, Bengaluru culture, Soccer Schools, grassroots and women’s football.
Build creator, media and cultural partnerships.
Identify opportunities for monetisable content IPs.

Commercial & Revenue Marketing
Drive marketing initiatives that support tickets, memberships, merchandise and sponsorships.
Create fan-facing sponsor activations and branded content opportunities.
Build conversion journeys from digital audiences to customers.
Partner with Commercial, Sales and Operations to connect marketing with business outcomes.

Soccer Schools & Grassroots
Build BFC Soccer Schools into a leading grassroots football platform.
Drive awareness, registrations, participat
