Hiring: Operations Executive – Export & Import

Location: PUNE
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: BBA or Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Executive with a strong background in the Export-Import or Logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle complete Export & Import documentation.
* Coordinate and follow up with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
* Track marketing reach and analyze lead generation data.
* Distribute qualified leads to the sales team through CRM.
* Monitor sales activities and prepare performance reports.
* Handle purchase operations and vendor coordination.
* Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and quotations.
* Calculate freight costs and product landing costs.
* Maintain bills and operational records.
* Track RoDTEP benefits and government export incentive claims.
* Follow up with shipping lines for security deposit refunds.
* Verify Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry using a standard checklist.




* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with export-import regulations.
* Utilize CRM for lead management, reporting, and workflow tracking.
* Submit weekly MIS and operational reports to management.
* Coordinate with and motivate the sales team to improve conversions and business growth.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the Export-Import or Logistics industry.
* Bachelor’s degree (BBA preferred; any graduate can apply).
* Good understanding of international trade documentation and shipping procedures.
* Knowledge of RoDTEP, government incentives, freight calculations, and landing cost.
* Robust analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
