Role Description The Sr. Amazon Ads Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive sales and improve return on ad spend. Daily tasks include keyword research, bid and budget management,



performance tracking, and reporting on campaign metrics, as well as identifying growth opportunities across product categories. The specialist collaborates closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to align campaigns with brand and business objectives, refine product listings, and develop data-driven strategies. This role also involves staying updated on Amazon marketplace policies and new ad features, testing new tactics, and mentoring junior team members on best practices.
Qualifications
Ability to manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) with robust skills in keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis.
Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, including familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization, and online marketplace strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tool
