WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Full-funnel organic strategy across all three brands — technical foundation, content, conversion.
• Building new organic-first properties — identifying white space (a city guide hub, a loan comparison tool, a scholarship database, whatever the data points to) and building it into a standalone traffic and lead engine for the brand, not just adding pages to what exists.
• Revenue attribution — connecting organic traffic to leads and reporting organic’s actual contribution to the business, not just to rankings.
• Technical SEO at scale — architecture, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema across thousands of property, city, and university pages.
• High-intent content strategy — what gets built,



for which queries, and how it converts a Gen Z audience that skims, compares, and expects content to feel native rather than corporate.
• International SEO across markets with genuinely different search behaviour.
• AI-driven search — AI Overviews, LLM-based discovery, and wherever student search goes next. We want someone thinking two steps ahead of Google, not reacting to it.
• Building and leading the SEO/content team as the channel scales.
• A seat at the growth table — you’ll work directly with leadership, not report three layers into them.
