We're hiring for an undisclosed private client: a Japanese B2B SaaS company building engineering productivity software, Series C, now opening its India business.
Read that last part carefully. The India team is under ten people. There is no inbound, no SDR pod, and no ops team building your lists. You are the pipeline.
What you'll do
Find engineering leaders inside target GCCs, and build those lists yourself
High-volume outbound calling and outreach, every day
Run discovery conversations with technical buyers about how their teams actually work
Articulate why engineering productivity is worth their time, to people who will push back
Track your own activity and pipeline honestly
What the client is looking for
A track record of generating your own leads — not managing inbound, not inheriting accounts
Cold calling as a real, ongoing part of your current job, not something you did once
Comfortable running Apollo,



LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalents on your own, building lists and managing sequences without a separate ops team
A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
On that last one, honestly: it's there because you'll be selling to engineering leaders who can tell in thirty seconds whether you understand their world. If you have a CS degree and you genuinely like selling, this is a rarer combination than the salary suggests, and this team is small enough that it will show.
